Limiting global warming to 1.5°C implies reaching net zero CO2 emissions in 2050 according to the IPCC. Next to substantially reducing emissions, this target will only be possible by globally deploying carbon removal (CDR) solutions at the scale of billions of tons of CO2.

Neustark is a leading provider in this rapidly growing field, having developed a solution to permanently store CO2 from the air in recycled mineral waste such as demolished concrete. Founded in 2019 in Switzerland, our first solutions have been deployed in Switzerland and Europe and are already capturing and storing tons of CO2 every week. We are currently scaling up our operations and carbon removal impact globally – on the road to removing one million tons of CO2 in 2030, and beyond that.

We’re a team of 50 people based mainly in Switzerland, working internationally, and with international offices very soon. Together, we enable permanent CO2 storage for a bright future of all generations on our planet.

What your job could look like:

• Attract the best talent and A-players :) on the market for neustark!
• Actively search for talent through channels such as job boards, social media and networks and come up with Short- and Longlists.
• Evaluate potential candidates by reviewing applications and qualifications and maintain contact through personal approaches, screenings and interviews - all in all, you will ensure a positive experience for applicants.
• You will build and actively maintain a talent pipeline, e.g. by communicating our culture, values and opportunities, and by communicating openly and regularly with candidates.
• You will bring our Sourcing Function to the next level.

What we’re looking for:

• A people person who has strong sourcing skills (working experience of 3-4 years)
• Someone who gets things done and who can work independently.
• If you bring scale up experience, that would be fantastic!
• Self-driven mentality and eager to approach on a daily basis 50 candidates
• Fluent German- and English knowledge is needed for that role
• Interest in sustainability topics is a great plus
• A person that lives and works in Poland, ready to work fully remote for us.
